Terms: To ensure every family receives reliable, consistent support, I only accept a limited number of membership clients. Memberships have a minimum commitment of three months and can then be cancelled at any time by giving one month notice. This allows me to offer your regular appointment to another family while ensuring continuity for existing clients. Due to the nature of doula work and birth, I may occasionally need to reschedule your regular appointment. I’m happy to work whether you are home or at work.

Home & Family Support is designed to make family life feel more manageable. It's a flexible service that helps with the countless everyday tasks that keep a home running smoothly, giving you back time and reducing the mental load of family life.
Every visit is tailored to your family's needs.

I don't replace your cleaner. I take care of everything else. That might include organising cupboards, sorting school uniforms, putting away laundry, wrapping presents, running errands, unpacking after holidays, preparing for guests, organising wardrobes, waiting in for deliveries or simply resetting your home after a busy week.
While cleaners focus on cleaning the most used areas your home, I focus on helping your home function. With that said, I am happy to clean in specific areas or put the hoover around.
-
Not necessarily.
Some families have a list ready each visit, while others simply tell me what has been happening that week.
I use my initiative to identify what will make the biggest difference. If I notice jobs that need doing, I'll get on with them, ensuring my time is used in the most helpful way possible.

The first step is a friendly conversation about your family, your routines and the areas where you'd most value support. Together, we'll decide which membership or service is the best fit for you. Enquire now
If I’ve supported you previously, just drop me a message to enquire about availability.

You will be given a fixed day and time for your visit. Due to the nature of birth and babies for my doula work I may occasionally need to reschedule, I will always try to give as much notice as possible.
-
No, I’m not a childcare provider. I can help with occasional babysitting and I’m happy to care for your child whilst you pop to the shop for a pint of milk. If your child is poorly they’ll probably want you, but if you’re working from home and just want someone to keep an eye on them, I’m happy to do that. I have a clean and valid DBS certificate, insurance and a clean driving license.

Absolutely, perhaps the in-laws are staying for the weekend and you want the guest bed made up, a meal prepared or want some IKEA flat pack assembled, Subject to availability, I’m happy to add on additional time at the same hourly rate as your package.
“Sarah has a natural instinct for knowing where everything belongs and what needs to be done, making everything feel effortless and seamlessly taken care of. We couldn’t recommend her more!”

This service doesn't replace qualified trades or specialist services.
I don't undertake deep cleaning, major gardening, DIY, electrical work, plumbing or heavy lifting. If a task requires specialist knowledge or equipment, I'll always recommend the appropriate professional.
-
This service was introduced because many of my postnatal doula clients had asked me to continue to support them and because I recognised that the demands of family life evolve, they don't disappear.
Home & Family Support is available to families with primary school aged children. As with my doula clients it’s important we’re a good fit. I don’t want to just work with families I want to connect with them to understand their unique needs.
-
Yes.
You can book a one-off Home Reset or choose one of the monthly membership options if you'd like regular support.

Subject to their illness and condition I can still attend to help your day run a little smoother so you can focus on sofa snuggles and arranging the doctors appointments. Dinner prepared, bed sheets replaced or a little reset. If I can help, I will.
