Back up & Shared Care
Dear fellow Doulas, I am open to shared care opportunities and building relationships within the doula community. Please contact me to check my availability and have a free interview. I am willing to travel up to 1 hour from RH2 and can also be available in Hampshire (one hour from SO53)
Back up fees
Initial Discovery & Connection Call
Free
Flat rate for engagement and understanding of need
£50
Attendance of antenatal sessions (virtual or in person)
£25 per hour
Daily On Call Rate
£50 per day (up to 5 days)
Birth Attendance
1/3of charged client fee
Plus travel & parking reimbursements
Postnatal Visit (2hr)
(Only if birth attended) £50
*Having stepped up and agreed to be on call a few times previously, but then plans have changed or baby has arrived before I'm needed to be on call, I now charge a flat rate fee for being engaged. I do this because I take my commitments seriously, I invest time and energy in preparing, making plans.

As a guide, my birth support package is around £2000
The service I like to offer most frequently is overnight hospital support on the postnatal ward. If this is something you would like to offer to your client as part of your package.
